Pricing questions
Why isn't the price based on my revenue?
Because earning more shouldn't make your admin more expensive. You pay for what you use, not for what you turn over.
What is an AI credit?
One action by the assistant: reading a receipt, matching a bank transaction or answering a question. Heavier actions, such as checking your VAT return, cost a little more. Your allowance tops up every month.
What happens if I go over a limit?
The app shows you well in advance how close you are to a limit. Your data is always yours and you can always export it, on the free plan too.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel by the month. A yearly plan runs to the end of its term and keeps its price until renewal.
Will prices change?
If they do, you'll hear at least 60 days in advance. Yearly plans keep their price until renewal.
